We set high benchmarks for reliability, durability and value for money in commercial plumbing.
We value our customers time and offer a uniquely personalised and dependable service to all of our clients.
Commercial plumbing systems have a different set of requirements to domestic plumbing systems found in homes.
This is to meet strict state specific and Australian regulations to protect the safety of patrons and workers at public places and commercial facilities.
Our team of plumbers and gas fitters are licensed and insured. We have proudly implemented and follow strict internal procedures with the use of innovative software to ensure jobs are carried out in accordance to safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Why Pett Plumbing?
Communicate directly with tradesmen
You won't receive an automated system when you call. Commercial plumbing and gas systems are technical and our tradesmen are the best to speak to when repairs catch you off guard.
Don't be left wondering
We pride ourselves on our communication style. We communicate with you when a job is booked in, send a reminder, check you are 100% happy after completion and communicate the outcome, even if you weren't there in person.
Our plumbing prices are transparent and fair. Our invoicing is details and reports include in depth information and insight into everything we carry out. Relaying our complex trade in plain English.
Continuously trained, certified tradespeople
All of our tradespeople are highly skilled, licensed and trained. We run an internal up-skilling program amoungst our staff to ensure every trades person is continously learning to deliver the best results.
Backflow testing & free hazard assessments
We install, test and undertake annual inspections of backflow prevention devices.
These devices are installed at medium to high risk commercial properties to prevent contaminated water flowing back into the communal drinking supply.
We also offer free hazard assessments. These provide customers with advice about their backflow obligations to achieve compliance with water providers such as Power Water and SA Water.
Thermostatic mixing valves
Thermostatic mixing valves ensure water is never scolding hot, preventing burns in commercial properties. The valves maintain the right mixture of hot and cold water to ensure water temperature is always constant and safe.
We undertake annual inspections and testing of thermostatic mixing valves in both Darwin and Adelaide to ensure commercial customers comply with relevant government safety legislation, to avoid infringement notices.
